To help us deliver your soups smoothly, please provide detailed instructions at checkout, for example:
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at reception, in front of the door, etc.).
- Whether your location is a residence, condo, or commercial address.
- Special notes for contacting you upon arrival, if needed.
Delivery Disclaimer
Our soups are delivered frozen. Once defrosted and stored in the refrigerator, they should be consumed within 4 days to ensure optimal quality and safety.
Once delivery has been made, Soupreme is not responsible for any damage, loss, or spoilage of the product.
You are responsible for inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
